Following Knowsley Council’s multi-million-pound investment to acquire and modernise Kirkby town centre, council leaders actively sought independent regional operators to establish quality food destinations alongside new retail facilities.

Baris Coskuncay took over the prominent double-fronted unit at 20-24 Newtown Gardens, investing heavily in modern kitchen extraction, acoustic ceiling panels and contemporary lighting to create a polished, welcoming environment designed to serve Kirkby residents for years to come.
